Job description

Our clientis a well established and respected family law firm, andthey are currently seekingan experienced lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in family law matters to join their growing firm.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 5 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters. You must also have excellent knowledge and understanding of matters related to contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child, and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property.

In this new role you must be ableto work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team. You should have excellent communication skills; and appreciate the importance of providing outstanding, cost effective and responsive legal services to  this role you will also requirean entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building client relationships.

Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Other key success factors include strong analytical, research and writing skills along withexcellent academic credentials.
