We are expanding and seeking an experienced Consultant Family Law Solicitor to join us on a self‑employed, fee‑sharing basis.

• Fully remote working, with access to our Reigate office for face‑to‑face client meetings
• Complete flexibility – work around your life and family

• Administrative and marketing support
• A collaborative, supportive team with a strong ethical approach

This consultancy role offers autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work. You will manage your own caseload independently while delivering high‑quality advice across all areas of private family law.

• Advising and representing clients in divorce, financial remedies, children matters, injunctive applications and nuptial agreements
• Managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Negotiating settlements and promoting conciliatory solutions
• Representing clients in contested proceedings where required
• Work from a location within a commutable distance of Reigate, Surrey, to meet clients at our head office when needed

• Minimum 5 years PQE in private family law
• Strong experience in dispute resolution and court representation
• Excellent client care, communication, and case‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• An empathetic, grounded approach with clear professional boundaries
