Labor And Employment Attorney

We are seeking a passionate Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney to join a growing team handling complex employment litigation matters. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in California, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact cases protecting workers’ rights.

• Represent employees in labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment cases.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Advocate for clients in mediations, hearings, and negotiations.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
