Job Overview
Our client is an AV Rated, prominent law firm located in Tallahassee, Florida, seeking qualified attorneys for their Labor and Employment Law Team. Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law and demonstrate strong academic credentials, written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience.
Responsibilities- Litigate and defend harassment claims
- Enforce restrictive covenants
- Draft severance agreements, compensation packages, and general employer‑side advising
- 10+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and comparable law firm experience
Base pay $–$ per year with bonuses. Position flexible to remote work.
