Residential Property Solicitor – Henleaze
Due to our continued success and growth during 2025, we are looking for a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in residential conveyancing to join our well respected conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion. This is a full-time position based at our Henleaze office with opportunities to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handling a broad caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.
- Managing files independently with minimal supervision.
- Providing clear, professional advice to clients and maintaining excellent client care.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, estate agents and third parties.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy caseload.
- Strong communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
