Join us as we protect modern organizations from cyber threats while leading the future of employment law. We’re looking for an experienced litigation attorney to manage employment‑related litigation and arbitration matters within our Employment Legal team, reporting to the VP, Legal – Employment.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and manage all phases of employment‑related litigation and arbitration—pre‑litigation, discovery, motions, trial, arbitration preparation, hearings, settlement negotiations, and appellate work.
  • Develop and execute arbitration and litigation strategies in partnership with business leaders to protect the company’s interests.
  • Engage, manage, and direct outside counsel, ensuring cost‑effective, efficient, and favorable outcomes; review and approve billing against the legal budget.
  • Conduct internal investigations related to workplace discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, and other sensitive issues; advise on arbitration versus litigation options.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, especially regarding arbitration agreements and overall compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, operations, and other departments to provide strategic legal counsel on employment initiatives and dispute resolution.
What You’ll Need
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in the state where the company is located or ability to obtain in‑house counsel licensure.
  • 7+ years of experience in employment litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including single‑plaintiff claims, wage and hour disputes, and class actions.
  • Expertise in employment law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of arbitration procedures, arbitration clauses, arbitrator selection, and successful dispute‑resolution strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present legal issues clearly to non‑legal stakeholders.
  • Independent, collaborative, and self‑starter; thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Pragmatic risk‑mitigation mindset with a commercial perspective.
  • Experience developing standardized litigation and arbitration processes from complaint to resolution.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Travel as required.
Bonus Points
  • International arbitration or cross‑border employment dispute experience.
  • First or second chair litigation experience.
  • Expertise in internal investigations.
  • PAGA experience.
