This is a contract role for a Junior Associate. The Junior Associate will handle various day-to-day legal tasks including legal research, preparing legal documents, assisting in case management, and collaborating with senior attorneys. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, associated with a law firm client who needs on-site legal needs with some work from home opportunities.

• Legal Research and Legal Writing skills
• Bilingual English and Chinese Language is a must
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assist in case management and maintain client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school
• Ability and willingness to learn and follow instructions
