Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney
  • Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
  • Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales
  • Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
  • Collaborate with members of the state team
  • Actively participate in weekly state meetings
  • Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting
Requirements
  • J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions
  • Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
