A respected California law firm is seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing practice group. This is a standout opportunity for an attorney who thrives on complex employment litigation, values flexibility, and wants to work with a supportive, inclusive team.
About the RoleYou’ll handle a wide range of employment litigation matters, including:
- Single-plaintiff cases
- Wage and hour and PAGA disputes
- Class action defense (experience a plus, but not required)
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining access to the firm’s offices across California.
Qualifications- J.D. and active California Bar membership
- Minimum 3 years of labor & employment litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with PAGA and wage and hour litigation preferred
- Collaborative, professional, and motivated to deliver excellent client service
💼 Salary Range: $140,000 — $220,000 annual performance-based bonus
⚖️ Billable Requirement: 1,850 hours
