Cantor Law Group is hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegals to join our elite legal team. If you have at least two years of Arizona family law experience and are ready to work on complex and high-profile cases, we want to meet you.

What You'll Receive:

-Starting Compensation: Base Pay From $75,000/year — or more, depending on experience
Bonus Structure: Additional Quarterly bonuses averaging $1,250 per Quarter
Benefits include:
- 30 paid days off annually: 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days
- Loyalty vacation program:
Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries
- Medical Insurance:
Firm covers 50% of the base plan your first year and 100% after
- Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance:
Fully paid by the firm
- 401(k):
Generous 3.5% employer match
- Paid downtown Phoenix parking:

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Arizona family law paralegal experience (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits
- Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures
- Familiarity with Clio software preferred
- Ability to maintain high-volume caseloads and meet daily billing targets
- Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills
- Must submit a cover letter with resume

Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
From $75,000/year + bonuses

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM to start, then reduced to four days a week in-office, and one day work-from-home
