Associate Attorney

We’re hiring a fully remote Insurance Defense Attorney (4-5+ years of experience) with a strong background in trucking and premises liability. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be licensed in Texas and be able to handle a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable billing a minimum of 160 hours per month and managing cases from inception through resolution.

• Provide insurance defense litigation services with a focus on trucking and premises liability (4-5+ years of experience).
• Handle cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Bill a minimum of 160 hours per month.
• Collaborate with a national firm’s team and support staff to deliver high-quality litigation work.

• Active Texas bar license
• 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong background in trucking and premises liability
• Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
