Associate Attorney - Hybrid or Remote | New York, NY
Base Salary: $110,000–$160,000. Salary is flexible and open to negotiation based on your experience.

What You’ll Be Doing- Handle a varied caseload of personal injury and insurance defense matters (premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle, property damage, etc.) from start to finish.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and craft case strategies that achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Communicate consistently with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to keep cases moving efficiently.
- Collaborate with experienced partners and senior attorneys on complex matters and leverage their mentorship to sharpen your skills.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the New York State Bar.
- 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury/insurance defense is preferred).
- Confident advocacy skills – in writing and in the courtroom.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
- A client-focused mindset and desire to be part of a collaborative team.
- Hybrid or fully remote work options (depending on location).
