Associate Attorney - Hybrid or Remote | New York, NY

Base Salary: $110,000–$160,000. Salary is flexible and open to negotiation based on your experience.

• Handle a varied caseload of personal injury and insurance defense matters (premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle, property damage, etc.) from start to finish.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and craft case strategies that achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Communicate consistently with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Collaborate with experienced partners and senior attorneys on complex matters and leverage their mentorship to sharpen your skills.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury/insurance defense is preferred).
• Confident advocacy skills – in writing and in the courtroom.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
• A client-focused mindset and desire to be part of a collaborative team.
