Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support by managing case files, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring all filings and paperwork are processed efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to case management and a strong understanding of legal processes to contribute effectively to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from a variety of resources, including statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs. Assist in the preparation of documents for court filings.
- Organize and maintain case files, manage deadlines, and keep track of ongoing legal proceedings. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to obtain information, provide updates on case status, and assist with answering routine questions.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and trials, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by attorneys or supervisors to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team.

The Ideal Candidate s For This Position Are Highly Motivated And Dedicated And Should Possess The Below Qualities
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field;
Paralegal certification preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis Nexis) and document management systems.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and court personnel.
- Ability to review and organize detailed documents with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical conduct.
