• Conduct legal research on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and agreements.
• Assist attorneys in case preparation, including organizing evidence, scheduling hearings, and communicating with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure the successful resolution of cases.

• Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA‑approved program.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a family law paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
