Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full‑Time Litigation Paralegal.
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
Requirements- Drafting complaints and initial discovery
- Personal injury experience
- Forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting discovery responses
- Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence
- Drafting and filing standard motions and motion responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status‑update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non‑party discovery requests
- Assisting in trial preparation
