We Are Legal Revolution is offering a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney (Non‑Equity Partner Track) position with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus benefits and a discretionary year‑end bonus.

  Live in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin or beyond – you’ll work from home and only travel for the occasional hearing, mediation, deposition or inspection.

• You’ll be a go‑to senior lawyer for complex insurance defense matters across Texas, acting as first chair on a busy but manageable docket. Typical work will include:
• Defending high‑exposure cases involving trucking, auto, and premises liability (and related insured risks).
• Managing files from intake through resolution: strategy, pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, ADR, and trial when appropriate.
• Advising insurers and self‑insureds on risk, exposure, and resolution strategy.
• Collaborating with a tight‑knit team of experienced litigators and contributing to training/mentoring more junior attorneys.
• This is ideal if you want to stay hands‑on in litigation while stepping into a more senior, trusted‑advisor role.

Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 (depending on experience and profile)

Bonus: Discretionary year‑end bonus based on firm performance and meeting billable expectations

• Experience:
  
  8+ years in insurance defense litigation
• License:
  Admitted to the Texas bar
• Background:
  • Significant experience in trucking, automobile, and/or premises liability defense
  • Comfortable owning a docket, leading strategy, and appearing in court/mediation regularly

• Independent, organised, and responsive
• Low‑ego team player who communicates well with clients, colleagues, and staff
