The work- Handle complex contract and reimbursement disputes involving healthcare providers and payers
- Analyze large volumes of claims and supporting data
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Prepare motions and arbitration materials
- Manage large, active dockets with shifting priorities
- Conduct detailed legal research and fact development
Court appearances are rare. This practice is built around strategy, writing, and problem-solving.

Compensation and incentives- Base salary range of $125,000 to $180,000+, depending on background
- $10,000 bonus at 2,000 billable hours
- An additional $10,000 for every 100 hours beyond that threshold
- Performance-based compensation growth
- Health insurance stipend with Anthem or Kaiser options
- Dental and vision coverage is fully paid for the employee and dependents
