Litigation Associate – Labor & Employment (Plaintiff Side)Location: Pasadena, CA (Full Remote – Flexible Work from Home)
Salary: $140K – $200K (commensurate with experience) + Bonus + Growth Opportunities
About the FirmA growing plaintiff‑side employment law firm in Glendale is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney with 2-5+ years of experience to join our team. We represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases, as well as wage & hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
Responsibilities- Handle a mix of single-plaintiff and PAGA/class action employment cases
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Work closely with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff‑side preferred)
- Experience with PAGA and wage & hour class actions strongly preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Passion for advocating for employee rights
