Join Anthony Collins as an Associate or Solicitor in Housing Litigation. We are looking for a passionate Housing Litigation professional to join our Manchester office.

At Anthony Collins Solicitors we advise and represent housing associations, local authorities, charitable landlords, and co‑operatives across England. You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and advocacy that makes a real difference to the communities we serve.

• Defending disrepair claims and supervising legal assistants
• Securing and defending anti‑social behaviour injunctions
• Prosecuting under the Environmental Protection Act
• Handling possession claims, including Equality Act and mental capacity defences
• Resolving residential leasehold and shared ownership disputes
• Providing housing management advice, carrying out policy reviews and delivering legislative updates

• Experience in housing law or residential leasehold litigation
• Confident advocacy skills and enthusiasm representing clients at hearings
• Collaborative team player with effective delegation skills
• Highly organised, proactive, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communicator, committed to delivering clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice
