Our law firm is looking for an attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff

• Must have an IL License and wiling to obtain additional licenses in OH and IN.
• Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
