Corporate Associate Up to $260k + Bonus National & Regional Multi Award Winning Mid-Size Firm Remote

I am currently working with a firm based out of Manhattan who are actively seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

• Multi-Award Winning Firm across the State and Nation: Join a firm who was recently named recipient of ‘Best Lawyers One to watch 2025’ and has some Lawyers also included in the publication; amongst other notable awards!
• Big Law Matters with Maximum Flexibility: Work on some of America’s most High Profile and Complex Matters from anywhere in the world; with a fully remote schedule on offer!
• Sizeable Industry Footprint from being a Marketing Machine: Sponsor and Host regular Conferences, Cocktail Evenings, Podcasts and encourage their Attorneys to network to consolidate their impactful industry presence
• High Level Attorney Environment: Rub Shoulders with Ex-Big Law Attorneys, T20 Grads and certified Super Lawyers in New York’s next prominent firm

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters
  : including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and Massachusetts state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

• Up to $260K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
