Private Client Solicitor

Overview

Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor. This role offers agile and flexible working including remote working where possible, well being support plus more.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload, contribute to department growth, and play an active role in client relationship management.

• Manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters
• Deliver clear and compassionate legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals
• Draft complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
• Provide support and supervision to junior team members, where appropriate
• Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to the department s continued success

• 4 years  PQE in Private Client law
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
• STEP qualification or working toward it is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approach
• A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the department s growth
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
