Job Summary

At K&L Gates, we are looking for smart, imaginative and hard-working people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas to join our Executive Compensation Practice. We require a Senior Associate or Counsel with public company experience, at least six years in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including public company executive compensation disclosures, employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions, tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive employment and severance arrangements, and equity and non-equity incentive plans.

This position is open in several offices:
Charleston, Charlotte, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orange County, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, and Seattle. Candidates will have significant client contact, be responsible for handling matters, and work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Base Compensation $270,000 - $410,000 / year, determined during the interview process based on prior experience, expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
