Overview
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Arizona office. The role offers the opportunity to manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, gain courtroom experience, and develop practical legal skills. This position provides a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with hybrid work flexibility and a small office environment within a multi-jurisdictional firm — all without a billable hour requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Represent secured creditors in non-judicial and judicial property reclamation, litigation, replevins, evictions, surplus funds, and title resolution.
- Provide legal representation throughout all stages of litigation including pre-litigation, drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, trial, post-trial, and appeals.
- Develop and execute case strategies based on legal analysis and procedural requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, timelines, and procedural updates.
- Oversee case documentation and ensure accurate and timely filings.
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and contributing to a positive office environment.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail while managing a high volume of active cases.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Arizona.
- Member in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and with management approval.
Salary RangeThe salary for this position typically ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
