Associate Attorney - Water Law

Patrick, Miller & Noto, PC is an established west slope water law firm with offices in Aspen, Basalt, and Denver. The firm practices all aspects of western water law, including water court applications, municipal water law, water law in real estate transactions, ditch easement law, wetlands law, and related litigation.

We are seeking an attorney with zero to five years of experience to join our growing team. An ideal candidate will have interest in water law and also living in the Roaring Fork Valley. We are willing to train the right candidate if you lack experience in water law.

We offer an excellent benefits package with manageable billable hour requirement in a casual office environment. Hybrid or remote work opportunities are available. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $125,000 and is commensurate with experience.
