Miami – Commercial Contracting Project Lawyer

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP invites applicants for a part‑time Commercial Contracting Project Lawyer position. The role will serve sophisticated corporate in‑house legal departments, handling client matters under the supervision of a managing attorney.

• Analyze, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, marketing agreements, statements of work, non‑disclosure agreements, supply agreements, license agreements, SaaS agreements, general terms and conditions, and other commercial contracts.
• Manage own matters, providing client‑focused service and maintaining strong communication with teams and clients.

• Minimum of four years of experience in commercial contracting, procurement, or information technology.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Licensed attorney in the jurisdiction of the position (District of Columbia or any U.S. state where the firm maintains an office, excluding California).

• Annual billable hour expectation of less than 1,000; no minimum hours guaranteed.
• Hourly pay based on experience; position is not partnership‑track or benefits‑eligible.
• Flexible hours; schedule subject to client needs.

• Access to firm resources, including continuing legal education.
• Telecommute from a home office in the District of Columbia or any eligible U.S. state.
