Overview
We’re hiring a fully remote associate attorney to join the team. Must have between 4-5 years of defense litigation experience in commercial trucking and be licensed in the state of Texas.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year. 100% remote opportunity for Texas-licensed attorneys. This Jobot Job is hosted by Patrick Murphy.

We’re looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (4-5+ years of experience) with a strong background in trucking and premises liability. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be licensed in Texas and be able to handle a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable billing a minimum of 160 hours per month and managing cases from inception through resolution.
- Active Texas bar license
- 4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
