• Partners – Lead case strategy, supervise day-to-day management, and may carry active cases; lead counsel on client and partner discussions.
• Associates – Collaborate with partner-level lawyers, prepare and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and client reporting.

• Partners – Minimum 9 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in California and 5 years in insurance defense.
• Associates – Minimum 3 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 2 years in California, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred.

• Partners – $ - $ per year, based on experience and responsibilities. Lawyers with over 15 insurance defense jury trials may receive additional compensation.
• Associates – $110,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and independence.
