We are seeking an exceptional Law & Motion Attorney with a sharp legal mind and outstanding writing skills to support our shareholder in crafting persuasive legal arguments that drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is an accomplished legal writer with a strong background in employment law. This role requires superior analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into compelling, well-structured arguments.

You will collaborate closely with our litigation team to develop winning case strategies and draft high-quality legal documents that stand out in court.

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and advocacy.
• Draft and refine motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda with precision and persuasive clarity.
• Work closely with trial attorneys to craft compelling legal arguments tailored to each case.
• Stay abreast of evolving employment law precedents, legislative changes, and court rulings.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to strengthen and refine legal positions.

• Bar admission in California
• 4+ years of experience in legal research and writing, with a strong focus on employment law.
• Proven ability to draft high-impact legal briefs, dispositive motions, and appellate filings.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with litigation teams.
