Real Estate and Commercial Lawyer

Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a real estate and commercial lawyer to strengthen its team. This key role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise within a dynamic, people-centered practice known for its rigor, creativity, and excellence.

What to Expect:

• Manage large-scale real estate transactions under the supervision of experienced lawyers.
• Draft and review a variety of agreements: commercial contracts, co-ownership agreements, limited partnerships, joint ventures, deeds of sale, and more.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide insightful analysis on complex real estate and commercial law matters.
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of their real estate projects and assist in legal negotiations.
• Perform due diligence during real estate acquisitions or sales, including title searches.

What we are looking for:

• Member of the Québec Bar;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate and commercial law.
• Perfect command of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective priority management.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
