Workers Comp Attorney – Remote

Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is looking for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our team. This role focuses on managing the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including discovery and litigation, and collaborating with insurance companies, employers, and third‑party administrators.

• Manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
• Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third‑party administrators.

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor
• Member of the State Bar of California
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management

• Competitive salary ($100,000–$220,000 per year) with quarterly bonus opportunities
