Overview
Long-established downtown defense firm is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney for Maryland. The ideal candidate will have both workers' compensation and trial experience. This position is open to all levels of applicants from Junior Associate to Senior Partner and the salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities- Represent Employers & Insurers before the Workers' Compensation Commission and Maryland Court System
- Prepare and draft legal correspondence and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements
- Case Management
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Trial Experience preferred, but not required.
