• Prepare and file a high volume of PERM applications.
• Handle employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 and E-1/E-2 petitions and labor certification cases.
• Maintain solid experience in PERM applications with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on professional growth.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business immigration law, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 and E-1/E-2 visa petitions and labor certification cases.
• Experience handling PERM applications and employment-based immigration.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and strong written and oral communication abilities.
