• Represent clients in veterans’ benefits matters, handling a high volume of administrative and litigation proceedings.
• Prepare cases, advocate, and participate in hearings and related litigation processes.
• Focus on administrative rules, technical case preparation, and client advocacy.
• Remote work is possible, but in‑office presence is valued.
• This position supports massive growth in the firm’s Veteran Benefits litigation practice.

• J.D. and licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (Wisconsin license not required).
• 3–4 years of direct experience handling veterans’ benefits litigation is required.
• Must be self‑driven, quick to learn, humble, and smart.
• Experience with the VA system is highly valued—personal, spousal, or family experience with veterans’ benefits is a major plus.
• Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
