Junior Attorney

100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Entry Level Attorney / Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for a growing employment law firm. Fully remote and based in California; CA Bar license and CA residence required. Conversion to a permanent, direct-hire role after 3 months.

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

• Assist on pre-litigation matters and negotiate with opposing counsel to determine case status and potential settlements or mediations.

• CA Bar license
• CA residence
• Willingness to contract for 3 months before conversion to permanent, direct-hire role
• Comfort with a pre-litigation role on the negotiation team

• Commission: 300 to 3,000 per month
