, seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload involving unlawful detainers and general civil litigation. This is a prime opportunity to join a collaborative team with a robust support structure and a healthy trial calendar—ideal for attorneys who are eager to take ownership of their cases from intake through resolution. You will lead litigation strategy, supervise support staff, and handle all aspects of case management, including drafting, court appearances, and client communication.

The role requires making in-person court appearances across Southern California as needed.

You’ll be supported by a team of experienced paralegals and work directly with the managing partner.
Remote flexibility with only occasional in-office obligations for trials or hearings gives you the autonomy to perform at your best without the daily commute.

• Base salary $125,000–$175,000+ DOE with performance and origination bonuses
• Primarily remote work; in-office only for trials or court appearances
• Appearances across five SoCal counties:
  Orange, LA, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego
