fully remote
auto defense litigation firm handling a high volume of auto liability matters across multiple jurisdictions. With approximately 30–32 attorneys and a total staff of about 80, the firm boasts a robust operational infrastructure designed to support remote attorneys wherever they practice. Communication and collaboration are core values—weekly team meetings, case reviews, and consistent oversight ensure attorneys remain fully integrated and supported.

• Manage full caseloads from intake through trial and post-trial.
• Lead litigation strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and collaborate closely with firm leadership.
• Handle trials, mediations, depositions, and all aspects of case management.
• Competitive base salary $175,000–$220,000 DOE.
• Monthly production bonus (averaging $7,000–$10,000 annually) after 2–3 months.
• Billable expectation: 170 hours/month.

• 7+ years of litigation in auto defense, personal injury, or civil defense.
• Proven first or second-chair trial experience.

• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• 2–5 years of auto liability or PI defense litigation.
• Trial experience is helpful but not required.
• Excellent writing and client service capabilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Senior: $175,000 – $220,000 DOE
• Mid-Level: $150,000 – $175,000 DOE
• Production Bonus: ~$7,000–$10,000/year (monthly)
