• Support sophisticated tax planning efforts for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
• Develop deep expertise in the firm’s niche industries and deliver strategic advisory and consulting services
• Mentor, supervise, and provide performance feedback to team members
• Collaborate with firm leadership to structure and manage a variety of client engagements
• Lead client service teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, timely and efficient service delivery, and continuous team development
• Analyze and communicate solutions to complex tax matters, applying creativity, thorough research, and a strong understanding of tax regulations and their implications

• Strong tax background
• Ability to take initiative and collaborate with a wide range of industries and clients
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor teams
