Overview

MKRS Law is currently looking for a Litigation Attorney in Workers’ Compensation Defense for the Miami / Coral Gables Office. The Associate will be responsible for representing the interests of employers and insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida in the handling of their workers’ compensation claims. This position requires the use of independent judgment, research, litigation and analytical skills. This is a full-time position with hybrid remote / in-office schedule.

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Experience in insurance defense is a plus but not required.
