Construction Defect Attorney - Remote

We are an Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join our growing team. The role is REMOTE, full-time position. We need someone with 4+ years of construction defect experience. We are looking to hire ASAP.

• Meet with clients to review case strategy
• Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courts
• Argue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courts
• Trial preparation includes review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional matters
• Selection of witnesses and exhibits
• Preparation of written outline for examination of witnesses

• 4+ years of construction defect experience
• 3+ years of construction litigation experience
• Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excel
• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida

The annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
