Los Angeles-based plaintiff-side employment law firm We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a driven and passionate Employment Plaintiff Associate to join its powerhouse team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with the support of an in-office team, while working on meaningful employment law cases that shape lives.

• Champion employees facing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
• From intake to trial, lead cases with autonomy—handling discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.

• Competitive compensation up to $250,000 (based on experience and performance)

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
