We seek to hire a Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal advice and assistance to individuals on a range of issues, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.

• Manage a varied private client caseload, including will drafting, estate administration, and trust creation.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Handle complex matters related to inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure comprehensive and seamless service delivery.

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload efficiently.
