This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, develop high‑value client relationship skills, and earn significant performance‑based commissions in addition to a stable base salary.

• Speak with attorneys across the United States about their backgrounds and career goals
• Present appropriate job opportunities and help candidates get interviews
• Manage each candidate’s progress through the interview and hiring process
• Schedule calls with law firms and follow up consistently to move processes forward
• Maintain accurate notes and progress updates in our CRM
• Represent BCG’s high‑service brand with professionalism and polished communication

• Outstanding communicators – confident, friendly, and articulate on phone/video
• Fast learners with strong attention to detail
• Naturally goal‑oriented with a bias for follow‑through
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
• Motivated by growth, performance incentives, and helping others succeed
• Client relationship management or customer support experience
• BPO/call center experience with international clients
• Strong English writing and professional email communication skills

(Training provided – legal knowledge not required)

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Monthly performance bonuses for goal achievement
• Paid virtual training, scripts, tools, and coaching provided
• Work from home – no commute costs

Top performers in this role regularly earn well above expected market compensation in South Africa due to U.S. placement commissions.
