Whether you’re ready to step into a Director-level role with business development responsibilities or prefer to focus on high-end technical work without management distractions, this role offers both options.

You’ll handle complex wills and probate work, including high net worth estates, trusts, LPAs and Court of Protection matters — all within a well-established, multi-accredited Sheffield firm with a fantastic reputation and a modern, flexible approach.

• Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
• At least 6 years’ PQE (for Senior Associate level) or 9 years’ PQE+ (for Director level)
• Significant experience in complex and high-net-worth estate and trust matters
• Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
• Strong technical ability and high attention to detail
• Business development experience and desire to be outward-facing
• Leadership experience or ambition to influence at a senior level

• Up to 2 days per week working from home
• Scope to step into a Director or Head of Department role
