Associate Attorney – Defense Civil Litigation

About the Role: We are currently seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join our San Francisco office. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed California attorney eager to build litigation experience in a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive environment. You will play a central role in handling a variety of litigation tasks while also fostering meaningful client relationships.

• Direct client interaction and relationship-building

Billable Hours Requirement:

• Minimum of 1,860 billable hours per year
• Equivalent to approximately 155 hours/month or 465 hours/quarter

Bonus Structure:

• Earn $120/hour for every billable hour beyond 1,860
• Bonus payouts may be advanced throughout the year based on performance

Requirements:
