We're looking for dynamic Family Law Paralegals with experience in Pierce County to join the McKinley Irvin family, supporting our Tacoma Attorneys either remotely, in-office, or hybrid.

Key Areas of Responsibility:- Drafting, filing, serving, and tracking general pleadings and documents/correspondence
- Create initial client Master Information List in Family Soft and prepare draft shell initial pleadings
- Case schedule docketing, including maintaining tickle box, sending reminders, and tracking trial retainers
- Assembling mediation materials, ER 904 Notices, Sealed Financial Source Documents, Joint Statement of Evidence, trial notebooks and motion documents
- Pierce County experience required
- At least 3-5 years of family law or fast-paced litigation experience required with solid academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines under time constraints
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task - High degree of professionalism and dependability
- Proficiency in litigation software including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Family Soft, and time-keeping applications

- Job Salary Range: $31.36 – 63.18 per hour
