Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a Legal Intake and Client Conversion Assistant and become the welcoming voice for prospective clients seeking compassionate legal guidance. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact, guiding individuals through their initial steps with professionalism and care. You’ll manage incoming calls, coordinate consultations, and ensure all client information is accurately captured and organized using Clio Grow and Clio Manage.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, enjoys structured processes, and is committed to delivering exceptional service with a warm, upbeat attitude. Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Following up with leads to ensure conversion and engagement.
  • Managing and responding to online consultation requests.
  • Coordinating and scheduling initial consultations.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new prospective clients.
  • Sending appropriate forms and emails to prepare clients for consultations.
  • Answering and managing incoming calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Setting up SharePoint folders to collect and organize client documents.
  • Maintaining clear and respectful communication with clients and team members.
  • Providing referrals for leads outside the firm’s scope of practice.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least one to two years of experience in similar roles
  • Share Point
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
