One of Worth Search's incredible AM100 clients in Washington D.C. is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in International Trade.

The ideal candidate would be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (three days a week in office, two days a week remote).

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Experience in EAR, OFAC, customs, tariffs, and international trade related regulations.
• Providing strategic counsel on international trade compliance, including training, licensing, regulatory filings, and opinion work
• Leading internal investigations and compliance audits
• Responding to government enforcement actions; and
• Designing and implementing robust trade compliance policies and procedures
