Our client is now in the market for an exceptional junior to mid-level Corporate Tax Associate to join their national team of experts in their Calgary office.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 1 - 4 years of post call experience as a corporate tax Lawyer from a reputable national, regional or boutique tax firm
  • Experience in tax planning, compliance, and tax-focused corporate transactions
  • Completion of in-depth Tax Course or LLM in tax would be considered an asset
  • Strong technical skills in Tax planning
  • Advisory experience
  • Excellent organizational, project management and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Qualified to practice law in Canada
