Litigation Attorney Hybrid

Overview

Nationwide Law Firm specializing in General Insurance Liability Defense is in search of an Attorney to join the firm. The ideal candidate will either be a newly licensed Attorney or have experience as a Nevada Attorney. Experience in Insurance Defense is helpful, but not mandatory. Any experience in Civil Litigation is a plus. This can be a Hybrid position or a fully Remote position if you desire;

otherwise, we do have a physical office you can work in.

Practice area includes General Insurance Defense in various areas of law including Bodily Injury Slip and Falls, Medical Malpractice, Assisted Living/Long Term Care cases. We do practice in other areas of General Insurance Defense as well. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills along with being detail oriented and able to work independently as well as being part of a team.

• Newly admitted attorneys with no experience will be considered and mentored and trained.
• Experience in Nevada law is a plus.
• Experience in Insurance Defense is helpful but not mandatory.
• Any experience in Civil Litigation is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; detail oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
